2 Quarts water 12 ounces beef stew meat 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 clove garlic sliced |
salt, pepper to taste 2 teaspoon beef boullion 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet 5/8 cup barley 1/4 to 1/2 cup macaroni rings |

CUT stew meat into small cubes and place in soup kettle. ADD water, onion, celery, garlic, and salt and pepper. SIMMER until beef is tender. ADD carrots and barley. SIMMER till carrots are tender. ADD rings and cook till done. |
