COMBINE seasonings with ground salt pork MIX and put in the cavity of washed, dried turkey RUB outside with butter COOK at 350* for 1-1/2 hours REDUCE temp to 200* and continue cooking overnight When cool enough to handle, remove all skin, bones and sinew SHRED turkey meat back into turkey drippings and MIX Makes 16 large sandwiches. |
