Chocolaty Crunchy No-Cook Cookies




INGREDIENTS:


 
  12 ounces chocolate chips, semi-sweet or milk chocolate
12 ounces butterscotch chips
2 cups chow mein noodles
1/2 cup cashews or any nut you desire (optional)
 


  MELT chips together
STIR in noodles and nuts until covered in melted chips
DROP walnut-sized clusters on wax paper
LET firm up before eating
