PUMPKIN SQUARES



INGREDIENTS:


 
  2 cups flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil]
4 eggs
2 sups canned pumpkin
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts preferred)
 


  MIX all ingredients together
BAKE at 350* for 20 minutes
COOL



FROSTING

8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 stick of oleo
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
MIX until smooth
SPREAD over cooled pumpkin squares.
