CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE



INGREDIENTS:


 
  1/2 cup oleo
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla (or almond)
  1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
 
 

CREAM.

 
  1/2 cup sour milk (1 teaspoon vinegar to milk)  
  2 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  4 teaspoons cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
 
 

MIX OR BEAT.

 
  ADD 2 cups grated zucchini (Frozen zucchini in 3 cup quantities can be used but must be drained).

SPREAD in 9 X 13 pan or Bundt or angel food pan

SPRINKLE with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts

BAKE at 325* for 40-45 minutes (1 hour for Bundt or Angel pan)
